본 소프트웨어 및 알림 서비스는 제공되는 정보의 정확성, 완전성, 신뢰성, 유용성에 대해 어떠한 종류의 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.

데이터에서 도출된 결론 또는 그 내용에 근거하여 수행된 조치는 사용자의 단독 책임입니다.

모든 지진(앱 내에서 사건 파라미터를 사용할 수 있는 경우에도)에 대한 알림은 불가능하며 지연될 수 있습니다. 알림이 실제로 전달된다는 보장은 없습니다. 또한, 장치가 항상 푸시 알림을 수신하지 못할 수도 있습니다.

본 모바일 앱을 사용함으로써, 귀하는 모든 이용 약관에 구속됨에 동의하게 됩니다. 본 소프트웨어 및 서비스 사용은 귀하의 단독 책임입니다.

지리위치

사용 중일 때, 앱은 백엔드 서버로 예상 위치를 전송할 수 있습니다(위치가 장치를 떠나기 전에 ±500m의 무작위 오류가 발생함). 이러한 위치 데이터는 관련 정보(예: 주변 지진 또는 지진 사건이 감지된 대략적인 위치 등)를 제공하기 위해 처리됩니다). 위치 데이터는 다른 사람과 공유되지 않습니다.

이용 가능성 및 이용 약관 변경

작성자는 사전 경고 없이 언제든지 본 모바일 앱의 일부 또는 전부를 중단하거나 본 사용 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다.

펠트 맵 오버레이 (자동 생성)

펠트 맵은 사건 후 180초 이내에 앱 사용을 관찰하여 자동으로 생성됩니다.

지진이 감지되면 사람들이 앱을 사용하여 인근 지역에서 트래픽 피크를 발생시킵니다. 스마트폰의 실제 위치로부터 500m 이내로 흐리게 되는 대략적인 사용자 위치를 당사의 서버에서 처리하여 지진이 감지되었을 가능성이 있는 영역에 대한 열 지도를 생성합니다.

사용 중일 때, 앱은 백엔드 서버로 예상 위치를 전송할 수 있습니다(장치에 위치가 결정되기 전에 ±500m의 무작위 오류가 발생합니다). 열 지도에는 개별 사용자와 연결할 수 있는 것이 없으며 사용자의 익명성도 침해되지 않습니다.

위치 데이터는 다른 사람과 공유되지 않으며 다른 용도로 사용되지 않습니다.
